 Q: How does shipping work at Mai Vang Garden?

If you’re in the U.S. and spend $35 or more, you get free USPS Ground shipping. For orders under $35, the buyer pays for shipping, which is calculated at checkout. USPS Ground usually takes about 5-7 business days.

If you want faster shipping with tracking, we offer these paid options:

• USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days)
• USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days)

We usually handle and prepare orders within 1-2 business days for seeds, or 4+ days for custom orders. Right now, we only ship within the U.S.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us. We’ll help, but USPS is responsible for packages once they leave our facility.
